Oh my goodness! I hit 120 today! It's a milestone, and I wasn't expecting it to feel so good. I've really gotten good at eating healthy (and not overeating) in the face of temptation--ie inlaw weekends. I'm really proud of myself for that. It used to be excruciatingly hard, and I'd have to have a "plan of attack" to get through the weekend, now it's not hard at all. I just have to pay attention to what I'm eating and I'm good.
