I bought the Yoplait Digestive health yogurt the other day.
this is kinda personal...BUT:
I am used to going '#2' like twice a week....i have ALWAYS been like that my entire life. Now that i am eating this yogurt, i am going once, if not twice EVERY day. Isnt this considered a laxative effect then on me? Can that help/ hinder me losing weight at all?
Am i weird or is there anybody else that is having this happen?
I posted a similar question to yours...about eating a lot more fiber in my diet-I think it is too much! :) And basically the same results as what you said-only embarassingly I go like, 4 or 5 times a day now--NOT used to that at all.
In my opinion, our bodies are probably regulating and cleansing themselves which is a good thing-we are supposed to go at least once every 12 hours I have read. Perhaps when our bodies are a little more accustomed to all this fiber we won't notice as much or it will lessen. And YES, I DO believe it aids a lot in weight loss-think about it!! Hope I helped. :)
one of those yogurts only has like 3 or 4 grams of fiber...
what the hell else is in there?!?!
Yes what pgeorgian said, it is unhealthy to only go twice a week, so you should be very happy you found something that makes you way more regular. And it will probably make you feel better knowing that if anything it is going to help you lose your weight and definitely not be a hindrance.
Sweetie, just because you have ALWAYS been that way doesn't mean that you are supposed to be that way. I have a friend exactly like you. 2x a week is a good week. I go 2 to 3 x a day. The yogurt seems to be regulating your system some, isn't that what a probiotic yogurt is supposed to do? I tried them once and got sick.
I don't see how it can hinder your weight loss. You probably have so much 'poop' backed up in you, it can't help but to make you feel lighter.
Have you ever weighed yourself before you did #2 and after? I'm 2 lbs lighter after.
Can I do OA with Calorie Count?
