Odd side effects from a binge
Has anyone had a binge day and the next day they almost felt leaner? What would cause this...or is it just in my head. I didn't work out last nite and ate a ton , and today I almost feel leaner or at least pretty much the same. Did this just shock my body? I was a little concerned about it because I usually eat a lot of junk on the weekends anyways and I didnt want to totally mess up my calories for the week, but I've been really exhausted this week despite cutting back a lot on working out. Do you think I should continue to eat my normal healthy way today and have my usual relaxed calories during the weekend? Any ideas? I also am considering not working out during the weekend because I've been feeling too much pressure to do so and its definately not feeling as enjoyable and am behind on my period (not from being under weight) I'm guessing its probably stress.............
Thanks all for listening.

I would suggest that, if you're anything close to a healthy weight (BMI 20 - 25) you consider maintaining your weight on a reasonable amount of calories for a while.... typically 2000 +/- for an adult woman.... and getting on a more even keel. Better nourishment & more energy all the time.
i feel the same way! o_o its strange
How come I’m not losing weight?
Your workout routine is commendable but you are eating too many calories to lose weight. 1500-1700 calories a day is more like a maintenance... Read more
