What do you guys think about these bars? Are they healthy enough to even bother eating?

They're healthy, but they contain a lot of sugar, and consequently a lot of calories.
The only Odwallas I eat are the Super Protein ones. They're like an oatmeal raisin cookie almost, and have 16 grams of protein instead of like, 5 or 6.
I just bought a bunch because they were $1 each at Safeway.  I tried the Super Protein, the Green Food, and the Berry One.  They were aiiiight.  I would rather have a Clif Bar for the calories and the amount of sugar.  My preference would be a Luna Bar for 100 less calories and less sugar.

they're good, and when i look at the label...they're better than junk food!

thanks guys! Yeah I usually go for the super protein bars also. I just wish they had less sugar

Personally I don't like the odwalla, but I absolutely love the "Nutz over chocolate" Luna bar. It doesn't have that "health bar" flavour, so you feel like you are being naughty and eating candy. It's 180 calories and low glycemic - perfect for breakfast, with a non fat latte!  A great healthy breakfast that doesn't feel like a diet, and it keeps you feeling full until lunch!
