I weigh 120 pounds at 5' 4" right now. I want to lose 7 pounds in 7 weeks, which would put me at 113 by Christmas! That would be GREAT. I am an athlete, as I am a dancer. I am fit and admittedly thin, but I still want to lose the weight, so please don't tell me I don't need to. I just know that it is a lot harder to lose the weight when you are smaller. If anyone could give me a plan, or at least a layout of an idea, that would be great. :)
ill try to do it with you!! im a dancer also.. im at 116 right now but i am 5' and i really wanna try to get to about 105.. i couldnt say i have any ideas.. i mean im on a eating plan and excercise plan right now.. and i seem to steadily be losing weight as long as i stick to it..
the plan consists of:
Eating:
breakfast- oatmeal or cereal and a banana
lunch- yogurt an apple and a granola bar
supper- turkey sandwich or soup
and for a snack before my dance practice right after school i eat a protein bar
and for excercise i work out everyday not matter what, i do cardio and abs and arms and leg strengthening and i obvisouly get a work out dancing..
idk if that helps haha..
