Help! I have been doing exactly what I'm supposed to do with calorie counting, nutrition, and exercise. I went to a pre superbowl party today and apparently ate about 6,000 calories worth of crap! It didn't seem like that much until I got home and put it in my log. Granted, I walked an extra 30 minutes and did a little bit of calisthenics but oh my god!!! Does anyone have any feedback on what to do next?? I wanna cry.

You just pick yourself up and start over tomorrow... you won't be going to a superbowl party every day will you? :)
Probably never again after that. Thanks for the boost!
I have done that before! Only I was accidently doing it like every weekend when I was consuming alot of beer. It's horrible when that happens, but, when you fall all you can do is get back up and start all over. Don't sweat it. Once in a blue moon won't make you gain. Just don't make it a habit!
Awww don't sweat it too much. At least it boosted your metabolism!
don't feel guilty.
No need to over compensate with lots of excersize or excessive calorie restrictions. just remember how tasty all that junk was and get on with your life and be good from here on out. just one day is not going to ruin everything. as long as it's not one day a week, or one day every other day, etc. just say yum, that was fun, time to go back to work!
Just go back to what you were doing before, don't weigh in for a week or two... eventually you will work off the exess and re-gain your normal deficit.
Don't fret, just be aware that you won't lose weight this week and possibly not next - but if you stick to your lifestyle you will cut yourself some slack and enjoy your weight loss journey (you can't give yourself no flexibility, stick to your "diet" 70-90% that should be enough to create a deficit within the next 2 weeks)
Don't beat yourself up. Just keep living.
