This is a challenge for those of us wanting to get rid of the last 20 lbs by Valentine's Day.

I'll keep it open unless there gets to be too many to keep up with.  I'm just asking you EDIT YOUR FIRST POST WITH YOUR UPDATES so it's easier to keep track of everyone.

Also, feel free to post a comment at the end of the weight loss posts.  If you have a question, suggestion, frustration, idea, whatever!  I'm open to hear it all!!! And it will keep the challenge bumped too! Smile

Hey there!! I'm here too.. just been busy at home...

I'm doing well with my eating and exercise and I am seeing the difference on the scale! I am back down to just under 145! TOM today so it will be interesting to see what Monday's weigh in is like.

I'm preparing to go on a hike today and will go kayaking in an estuary tomorrow... super excited! hope everyone has a great weekend!

This group is coming to a close and I want to continue on this journey with  those of you who want to continue. 

Any suggestions for a name for our next challenge?  We could do a "Spring into May Lighter Than You Are" thread.  Then you come up with how much weight you think you can lose. What do you all think?  And have it go thru to the end of April?  Suggestions, pleeeeeeze???? 

My estimated time of goal is May of this year.  I would love to continue.

I've decided to start a "Spring into May Lighter than you are" challenge.  I'll start it on Feb 16th (1st weigh in) and continue to May 1st.

I'm not giving up and you shouldn't either.  This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not a diet.  So you can NOT give up!

I am not loosing a lot this week; but, I feel I am taking a better approach.  Thank you all for your support.  I am definitely signing up for the Spring challenge as well. See you all there.

Hi everyone.  I wont be weighing in this week.  I live in Victoria in Australia and our state has been burned to a cinder with bushfires, nearly 200 lives lost so far and 700+ have lost home, towns have been wiped out - places I always went for weekends away.  My focus on losing the last few kgs is gone, I just want to focus on my family, friends and how lucky I am to still have a home.  So good luck to everyone with their weight loss journeys.  I am off to spend time  with my loved ones and to start raising funds for those people that have nothing left. 

Well I'm not gonna make 135, but maybe I'll make 145!!!

I've updated my weight on my first post (first page).

ESKIMO_EM ~  I'm so sorry for everyone in Australia, I've been watching that on the news. 

My weight......174.2, right back where I was on the 1st weigh in!  But I'm down 4.6 from my weight spiking last week.  I've lost 1.6 in this challenge when I expected so much more! 

One more weigh in on the 13th!  Maybe I can get a little lower by then....

 

How is everyone doing?  Noone has been here for a while. 

I've been going on walks outside since it's been so warm out.  But that'll be coming to an end soon.  Like tomorrow.  Rain/snow mix and cooler, in the 30's.  It was nice while it lasted.  I'm really wanting nice weather to come back soon!

Hope everyone is doing well and coming to join me in the spring challenge.

I'm stagnet!  I'm up 2 lbs and desperate to lose 3 by Monday...

I am so excited!  Happy valentine's day everyone.  I stepped on the the scale today and I weighed 149.6 pounds.  I haven't weighed less than 150 since before I got pregnant with my first child (at 19!).  That means never in my adult life!  I am going to celebrate today!

I posted my final weigh in today.. I'm down 3.2 lbs since starting this challenge. Not exactly what I had hoped for but it's better than nothing!
