Off to Onederland!!
Since there aren't any clubs (that I could find) for people in the 200s or people with more than 100 (and less than200) pounds to lose, I thought I'd start one.
My goal is to get out of the 200's this year. I hope this thread will provide support and ideas to help motivate people to arrive in onederland, too. :-)
We can post monthly weigh-ins if everybody thinks that's a good idea (thanks 300+ club!). Maybe the first Saturday of every month?

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
