Who went off their diet this New Years Eve?
I know I did
Had Hot Chocolate w/whipped cream! 4 chocolate chip cookies! AND a nice sized bowl of chips.
now I feel sick! too much and feeling blech! And I'm not even adding it to my daily total! HAH!

I ate more than I had planned but I still have a 460 cal deficit so I don't feel to guilty. I did eat mostly off the veggie try and a little of the cheese tray. This has been my most controlled holiday ever. YAY.
But yeah I ate more than normal and feel very full. :(
Nope! Had a nice deficit of 853 calories. I indulged in some crab dip but skipped the taco dip. I could go for some chocolate chip cookies though, mmm. Good thing we don't have any here.

Guilty too, i had a little bit of everything! from chocolate to nuts! ah well one day off ^^; lets just not get use to that lol
I did! I was feeling shakey so I ate some cookies. I also ate some later in the evening. Thing is that I probably ate at least 4 or 5 med. sized cookies which for me is a big deal.
I did! I didn't think it was a lot of calories but it all adds up... I just tallied up the damage and I had 2000 calories yesterday instead of my usual 14-1500, and I only burned 2300. So I had a very small deficit! When I jumped on the scale this morning my weight was up a whole pound... I'm pretty sure it'll go away again tomorrow because I was way too busy to drink enough water yesterday. I just made us a yummy cooked breakfast that had 400 calories instead of my usual bowl o' cereal's 200, but now it's back on the band wagon! The Christmas chocolates shall be resisted!
I did....I had 5 glasses of champagne and when i was done i had a drunk breakfast burito that my husband made...and because i was drinking i ate way to much of it
i skipped dinner because i was so busy getting the house ready for company. i ended up having 2 sweet mixed drinks, some raw veggies and a couple crackers. i was exhausted when i went to bed but not without thinking my steamed brocolli, mashed squash, and chesnut souffle dinner sitting in my fridge. i'm glad i don't usually party.
I ate bad food. A little of everything...BBQ meatballs, little smokies, summer sausage, beer bread with dill dip, doritos, cheesy-salsa-hamburger dip with chips, a couple beers, and this awesome pineapple champagne punch, which I'm sure had a bazillion calories. It's only one day...but still. I was down to 128.8 yesterday a.m. when I weighed myself naked and this a.m. when I weighed myself naked I was 129.8. Must have been all that sodium I had. Hopefully I will deblimp today! :o) Happy New Year Everyone!

Not toooo bad....my cal deficit kind of went to hell, but i didn't go over my maintenance - soda, the cheese tray, crackers, chips/dip

I was going to at the party I went to last night, but I couldn't help but keep thinking back to last week on XMas when I literally ate everything I saw and felt like crap for days after...I just kept saying to myself "I could eat like that again it is a holiday", but then the other side of me lkept saying "do you really want to go through that again"....but if you went over or whatever don't worry about it, it is a holiday and again 1 day no matter how much you may have ate in the long run will have absolutely NO impact on anything, just get back on track and move along
For lunch I just finished 2 huge slices of grocery store-made chocolate cake with thick, thick icing. And like others have said here, I feel sick! This is what comes of being good 98% of the time, depriving myself, then going--literally--hogwild on something that's high in sugar and fat. Whew! Well, tomorrow's another day, another start at moderation and exercise. Happy New Year, everybody!
i had like 4 glasses of sparkling grape juice, and a piece of dark chocolate. but other than that i pretty much stuck to my normal diet, so i'm proud of myself!
Oh man did I ever!
First I went out to dinner and had pasta.
Then the party came...I had a bottle and a quarter of wine and 2 shots of rum. Needless to say I was hammered so I didn't even care what I ate so I ate EVERYTHING in sight. Pizza...nachos...cookies...buns. I feel nine months pregnant with a baby made of food and booze. YUCK!
I didn't get drunk last night. I was the driver this year. I did have about 1000 chicken wings and ribs last night. They were delicious. My brother has a BBQ catering company and he makes the best!
It was an all-out cheat day for me. I ate 3 days worth of food in one day, close to 5000 calories! I started with a huge breakfast (5 waffles topped with blueberries, honey, and peanut butter, then some eggs and bacons). For lunch, I had szechuan shrimps, brown rice, 2 pita breads spread with honey almond cream cheese, handful of nuts, a fruit cup, and some applesauce. For an afternoon snack, I had a cup of milk coffee, some homemade palmiers, a cup of cereal, and more nuts. For dinner, I had 9 oz. broiled beef short ribs, some shredded pork, lots of brown rice, and sliced cucumbers. Then to finish off the day, 2 homemade brownies. Throughout the whole day, I think I drank more than a gallon of water. It was crazy and I probably will never eat that much again. This morning I did some damage control and did some HIIT on the track field.
I went crazy... Lunch at macaroni grill where the average menu item has over 1,000 calories, and then at the new years eve party, appetizers of smoked tri-tip, deviled eggs, turkey empanadas, then chicken with egg noodles in a creamy sauce for dinner, and for dessert, everything from tiramisu to homemade peanut butter fudge. All this plus two french martinis, champagne, and probably just 1,000 more calories simply from taking bites and sips here and there that I don't even remember. Silly me. Today I am still stuffed.
Oh well, might as well enjoy the last day of the year, right?
