Had Hot Chocolate w/whipped cream! 4 chocolate chip cookies! AND a nice sized bowl of chips.

now I feel sick! too much and feeling blech!  And I'm not even adding it to my daily total!  HAH!

Oh Well!

I had a BUNCH of these great Vegan gluten free cupcakes I made. I now have a TERRIBLE stomach ache and am sitting in bed but oh well. I'll just eat healthy from now on. :D I'm not worried about it.

Oh deary deary me!

I only had an omelette at about half 11 and fish with peas at about half 3 because my fancy dress involved a tiny leotard and I didn't want to bloat.

Then I had a champagne and four vodka diet cokes....

And I haven't drunk in a while, particularly not since all this weight loss, or after so little food and I was sooo sick.

Today was the blowout - 2 massive glasses of orange juice, 2 pieces of toast the bread so thick it barely fitted in the toaster and way bigger than any slice listed on here, half a garlic baguette and a whole spinach and ricotta pizza, and I still feel sick :(

i did. first time eating lays and tostitos in FOREVER. but i don't feel guilty at all. after all i don't log food to make sure i'm getting a deficit, i log it to make sure all my nutritionals are good. i had 5600 mg sodium though lol and alottttt of fat, but i'm not letting myself feel guilty. i don't feel sorry at all.

I did too.  I did well until that second coctail.  Then bye, bye inhibitions.  What diet?  Triscuits, chips and dip.  This morning I felt puffy and gross.  I am not logging it.  Too hard to remember- Did I have 7 Triscuits or 9?  Was that a tablespoon of Ranch dip or a teaspoon?  Gah!  Not happening.
OMG.DEFINitly had the munchies hahaaa lets see:chocolate covered pretzels, white chocolate covered pretzels, ranch doritos, salt and vinegar pringles, cheetos and....hey i didnt do THAT bad
i did! i have turkey with stuffing! & hot-cheetos

I barely remember how many calories I had. I DID, however, not go over with food. Purely the drinks.

6 beers, 3 shots of tequila, 2 jagger and red bulls, a gin and tonic, and who knows what else.

I slept a lot and felt ok all day. And I'm back to the routine now. So thank god the holidays are over and we can get back to the gym.

Well I stop working out 2 1/2 weeks ago because I was on vacation, I spend that time in my boyfriend house, he was working while I was slepping until late, I ate wrong foods, but not overate or binged so, if I gained weight was because retention of sodium, not cardio and lot of sleep...... for new year I had chicken and a salad with wine, and some cheese and olives, I probably gained 8 pounds the last 3 weeks lost the muscles, gain some fat retention of water, but im not worry, I will get back in track my body react so fast to workout so.... and still looking good.....
I pretty much had more dessert and chocolates than I should have.
Yep! Ate like a pig. food all sorts (not too bad)..... I don't drink and I had wine, Baily's in coffee, tried Margarita and finished of with 5 cookies. And I WAS SICK TOO! Now second day of the year.... back to normal. And it feels good. Happy new year!

Yep, me too.  And not just New Year's, but the day after (a little bit) and today too.  I had way too much chocolate today.  I have this problem where once I start, it's hard to stop.  I shouldn't have had that York Peppermint Patty as my afternoon snack, because that made me want more sweets the entire day...I've had 2100 calories today and I'm not too happy about that.  But, I worked out and still have a 200 calorie deficit, so I'm not too worried, but still, that sets me back on the road to my goal. 
ya i definatly ate way to much. to many good things to eat :D
