Office bluessss
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to burn a few extra calories
here & there while cooped up in an office all day? I'm still in
college, so I'm used to having to walk to class, walk to friends'
houses, walk to the store, etc., but now as a summer employee I hate the idea of being
stationary for 8 hours a day!

I asked kinda the same question look down at desk workout there were a couple of posts down there
Do you get any breaks during the day? 30 min or an hour for lunch? I walk! Wether its 10 minutes or 45 at lunch time, I get up and walk! Outside, inside... it doesn't matter! Climb a few flights of stairs, maybe.. (I wouldn't want to do anything too strenuous, don't want to be sweaty back at the desk).
If you feel comfortable, ask around. I bet sombody else does something around the office just to get up for a little bit and break monotony.
