Who does this? I want to try to burn 100 calories (+) a day at the office doing toning exercises while I work, or in the washroom during downtime, or in the stairwells (I have 4 floors worth I can use) or at my desk when no one is looking / around. Anyone weird like me and have any ideas on how to do this?

I usually go for a little walk / stroll at lunch outside (which I'll do again today, of course) but can anyone suggest anything else? I'm *really* trying to tighten / tone.

You can create reminders to get off your butt too!  Post it notes has on the computer reminders with alarms... this way in my 8 hour shift I'm sure to get up every 40 minutes to at least stretch!  

I love to tie my stretch band around my knee/thigh area and use the resistance for as long as I can stand it!   :)  Thanks for all the other great ideas!!
