so i just got a job where i have the usual cubicle and have to take calls from people wearing a headset. are there any exercises i can do at my desk while at work so i don't feel as fat haha. thanks!![]()

If your boss will allow it I sit on a yoga ball most of my day.... helps core strength!. You can also do chair sits. stand up sit down but just barely touch your butt to the chair and back up great for quads!
I work in an office also (luckily I have my own office). So I take little breaks during the day to do squats and lunges. There are little tricks also like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking your car further away (or getting off of the bus stop a few stops early), a working lunch so you can go for a walk etc. and it is alot better for you if you book time for a workout outside of work each day!
