A little trick I use to keep myself motivated and fit...
In my outlook(email I use at work) I set a reminder for 9am that I snooze ever 30 minutes that says "CONTRACT MUSCLES"
What I do is tighten my core, or butt and thighs for about a minute while focusing on breathing steady.
This trick really does help tone your tummy and butt!
It also helps me keep on track as far as eating healthy because I have constant reminders! :)

Yep I do this with my water intake and stretching. Makes me feel sooo much better at the end of the day after taking 30 sec or so every 30 mins to have a quick stretch and focus my eyes on other things than just my computer screen
I brought a yoga ball to sit on at work... so I'm constantly keeping my balance and working my abs and legs. It also helps posture.
Shizzy- I think thats a great idea! I never thought to set a reminder for something like that..I'm going to try that out at work next week!
And the drinking water reminder is a great idea too! :)
I bought 5 lb dumbells and a resistance band to work and stash them under my desk. When I am on Mute during conference calls I will get in a little workout and include squats and stretches. I would use the Outlook thing, but my calendar is viewable to many many people and they would see it! I suppose I could just block out time with no reason....
