I went to the doctor today for my one month check up. Since the start of my diet. I have gone from 203 down to 188. THAT IS 15 POUNDS, in one month! I AM SOOOO EXCITED! GOOO ME!

I'm eating GREAT! Nothing but fresh veggies, fruits, protein, and LOTS OF WATER! Im also taking Adipex (Phentermine)
I went from 211 to 196 from June 1 to June 30. I pwerwalk twice a day for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes, and consume about 1500 calories a day.
Every week I make a pot of veggie chili, about 1500 calories for the whole pot, and portion it out into five containers. That is lunch at work, and about $2.00 a day. :)
For breakfast, two oranges, a banana, and two large coffees with milk and a little sugar.
Maybe a bag of pretzels in there somehwhere.
Dinner is usually a Weight Watcher's dinner, and a beer (okay, maybe 3!).
On weekends I pick up the excersize just a bit, but eat about the same.
What is good about it is that I can go to a barbeque and eat like a normal person, and not feel bad.
I really feel that the excersize has made all the difference. I hope to reach 165 pounds or so, hopefully bu the end of August, then keep it off by continuing the excersize and eating like regular people do.

Great job! Remember, as you lose weight, it comes off more slowly, so don't get discouraged if you're not losing as rapidly this month.
