Official Slim in 6 Challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!
SLIM IN 6 CHALLENGE!!
This challenge will be 8 weeks long. Weigh ins and measurements are due on Saturday night (please pm me) and I'll announce winners on Sunday. The next week will begin on Monday. This gives you Sunday to rest as it won't be counted in the challenge... please use it!!!
Everyone can go at their own pace so we may all be on different workouts. You may use your initial weight and measurements for the first week if you started within the last week or two.
What to measure: whatever you consider your "problem areas" that you would like to see changes in. This can be as many or few parts as you want... just specify to me what you are measuring.
POINTS:
5 points for each pound lost!
10 points for each inch lost!
2 points for each minutes completed!
20 bonus points if you can keep up with Debbie through the whole workout!!
15 bonus points if you workout all 6 days of the challenge!! (Remember Sunday's don't count --- REST!!)
We will have a weekly winner, as well as an overall winner after the 8 weeks. Good luck to everyone and let's kick some butt!!!!

When we get 2 points for each minute - that is each minute that we worked out with SI6? So, RIU would be 48 min... right? Also, if we do the Slim & 6-Pack, or the Slim & Limber, do those count for minutes as well? Also, what do you want us to report to you each week - inches, weight, minutes, and how many workouts we made it all the way through on... is that it? Maybe we could have another bonus for if we worked out all 6 days as well, what do you think?

Hey... wondering what your opinions are.... I can almost get through SIU now... am I ready to move up to RIU?? Or should I wait until SIU is "easy"???
I only intend on doing the SIU for 3 days. Then for the rest of my first week I will alternate depending on how I feel. I would do it until you are comfortable with those moves cause there are lots more in the next video!! Take your time and try the RIU. If its too much then alternate.

Hello everyone! I start tomorrow, I just received the dvds finally. So my week will be tuesday-sunday, instead of monday through saturday. I'm hoping to lose 12 lbs and I'm very excited about the resistance bands. I'm not taking any supplements so hopefully I can just keep my diet going and still lose. Good luck!
Hey cape... I don't think it'll throw you off to just miss Monday this week. Otherwise your Sundays won't count for the challenge and I'd hate for you to lose those points!! Up to you... but this way you'll only be a little off one week and not be off for the whole challenge.

I just start the SIU today. I love that I can feel it in my legs! I hope it works!
Tuesday morning, my first workout w/start it up. I think I did well, but I'll definitely put a fan in the living room, I was sweating a lot with not an incredible amount of work. I thought you had to run hard to sweat, but these moves definitely move you!
I started this morning as well. I thought maybe I would do the Slim & sixpack or Limber to play catch up. How are you counting these as far as your activity? I am trying for the whole package here, the minutes and cals burned, my eating plan and this challange, Hope this can keep me motivated this time. Good luck all.....!!!!!!!
Are you guys logging your excercise minutes on this site? What did you put it under? I have been using "Aerobic - Low Impact," which says burns about 380 calories an hour. Does that sound about right? The calories burned seems a little high for me, but - its the closest thing I can find...
I've also been logging under that Ladybug.... it seems to be the closest... although yes I think they calories are slightly high... I usually subtract some minutes to make up for that.
I am so sore today!!! It's gonna be tough to get my butt in gear and do it tonight... I might do SIU again instead of RIU... but maybe that's slacking?!?! Somebody kick my butt!!! Lol!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give a quick "hello", and share my goals with everyone! I am 9 month post-baby (first!). I gained 65 pounds with my pregnacy...obviously the weight was due to more than just "baby" ;p. My highest weight was 236lbs, and this was 3 days before baby made her appearance!
Nine months later, I have lost 66lbs!!! 1 pound more than my starting weight, I am at 170lbs!! YAY!
My goal now is to get down to 150lbs, which is 20lbs. I do not expect to get rid of the 20lbs with this challange, but I want to see how close I can get!

2 days now with SIU and yes I am sore. I have found muscles that were dormant for so long they didn't know how to work....LOL This is gunna be tough but so worth it.
I'm about to try RIU for the first time... if this makes me any more sore than SIU, I don't know what I'll do! Going down stairs is soo hard!
Lol... I'm with ya ladybug!!! I'm about ready to try it too... and I'm still mega sore... and I even took yesterday off!! I watched it the other day though and I'm hoping it'll at least spare my bad knee which has really been bugging me. There looks to be less squats and more with the resistance bands (hopefully!).
