I officially weigh less than 200lbs... Horray!!! Down 28lbs... and 2% body fat...
As of this weekend I weigh 199.4. I honestly did not think that I would see a day when the scale ever was below 200. I cried... really. My loss is back on track now. Thank you for all the advice you gave me on my last post. It helped. I did not increase my daily caloric intake...but, I am now working with a range. 1500-1750. The goal is to stay as close to 1500 daily as possible, but on days when I my calorie intake /expenditure ratio puts me below 1200... I eat a little more. I do not eat back my expenditure... just notice that on those days I am a little hungrier, and eat more... but never over 1600.
I also incorporated a down day... so I no longer work out every day. I am a lot less sore. I am walking 2-3 miles a day... and have reached my goal of a 15 minute walking mile. On days off I do 3 miles... on work days only 2. It seems to be working... I have lost 6lbs in the last 3 weeks.
I like the range... it makes life easier on the weekends... when we have family parties, and go out. It is nice to have that little extra... and still feel like I am on track. You all might try it. I rarely eat the 1750...but, it is nice to know that I can on occasion. I managed to eat a cheeseburger at Red Robin... and stay in my calorie goal for the day... and I had the fries.
All of you have been such a help and blessing over the last 4 months... thank you.

Oh I am so close to this I can feel it :) I'm significantly below 210 for the first time in years myself, and if/when I drop below 200, I may cry too!
GOOD JOB!
Congrats on under 200! It's amazing how great a milestone makes you feel :)
I fluctuate too...it makes life a lot easier and my eating seems more natural. I eat 1450-1600 depending on my workouts and hunger. When I add for the week it always works out.
You are doing a great job. Keep up your good work. (I love that your inner goddess knows kung-fu!)

Me too, I was 199.2 or was it 199.4 this morning also. It does feel great since I do not remember the last time I was under 200 pounds.
Congratulations on your milestone.
