I'm new to the calorie count website. I am wondering if there are guidelines of how often we should weigh ourselves...

it's up to you. i weigh everyday but only take my monday numbers to heart (and those are what i report) due to weekly fluctuations.

Once a day. (in the morning), One a week (in the morning, same day evey week) Or once a month (same guidelines)

Its really a personal preferance. If you do weigh yourself once a day or once a week its easy to be mislead by the numbers. Numbers might be down a lot one day, and up a few lbs the next based on different factors like water retention etc.

If you do weigh yourself everyday (which is what I perfer to do) then take the numbers lightly, it is forming a TREND for you, not an exact weight every single day.

If you weigh once a week, the above applies but numbers can be a little more accurate.
