How often do you weigh yourself?
Just curious - how often do you weigh yourself? I try to weigh in once a week.
Unofficially daily (or more), but try not to get to bent out of shape and only "really" pay attention to the weekly number.
I used to do it daily but now I do it twice a week but only count my Friday weigh in as my "official" weight. I feel a lot less neurotic when I'm not paying attention to the daily change of tiny percentages of a pound.
I weigh daily because the fluctuations amuse me. =) Sometimes twice a day--once in the morning and again at night, just to see how much weight I "lose" come the next morning's weigh in. I log my first thing in the morning weight, but I only compare Mondays to Mondays in my journal, and 1st of the month to 1st of the month. If I'm in a group, I compare whatever day their weigh-in day is. In the case of the Labor Day group, that would be Fridays. =)
I like to see the fluctuations. They don't get me up in arms unless I see like, a four pound increase, and usually I can figure out what caused that, and I know it'll usually go away soon enough.
I know there are experts that say not to do it "daily" but some experts say it keeps some people in line with their diet. I weigh daily yes i know weight fluctuates daily but i just do it daily. That's just me.

I like to weigh myself first thing Friday mornings - this way I have the whole week to get rid of whatever I might have eaten on the weekend (if there was a get together of sorts).
My "official" weigh in is Friday mornings but I weight myself through the week when I start to feel discouraged. It helps me to see that the number has gone down!
If I weigh myself and it hasn't gone down it gives me the motivation to kick it back into gear then I weigh myself to verify that I am progressing.
During TTOM I weigh myself every day because TTOM makes me obssesive about weight! lol
every day - not so i can freak out, but i just like to not get bad surprises at the end of my week :/
once a week and have thought about going to once a month. When I lost weight before I weighed once a month.
Minimum - once a day. Maximum... 5 times a day? (usually when I'm neurotic and hormonal)
My official weigh-ins are Monday and Friday, to keep me on track during the weekends.
Officially once a week, unofficially 2 or 3 times at random.
Every Saturday morning, when I wake up, I go to the bathroom and then weigh myself in my pajamas, then log the weight.
I do it daily to stay on track. And sometimes, I do a before-and-after weigh in when I have a very impressive poop. Sorry if that's TMI, but it amuses me ![]()

I might have a scale issue do you think!! I have tried to cut down but I'm losing at the moment which doesn't happen often so it seems to make me want to get on the scales more
Once a week on Friday mornings. I don't own a scale...therefore it's easy for me not to weigh myself but once a week (at the gym).
Every other day usually.
I also like to weigh in after a good poop! lol![]()
I weigh myself 2 a week, sometimes more. I find it helps me keep track and focussed is the reason I weigh so often. I know this is not good and weight doesn't come off overnight but say if I gain 3 pounds (I binged yesterday =() like I did today, I modify my diet right away by drinking more water, cutting down on sodium and eat healthier foods during the day.
I tend to weigh myself every morning after peeing.
I also think it's funny while drinking beer to weigh oneself before and after peeing. My record is 700 grams. For you yanks that's a pound and a half!!!! Of course I had drunk -ahem- several pints.
