How often do you weigh yourself?

i used to weigh myself every day, but i got so upset over the fluctuations that i would either stuff or starve myself if i gained. so now i weigh myself weekly, and it seems to be working!

how often do you weigh yourself? should i be weighing myself every day?

I weigh myself every day... I really don't think I should, but after I was stuck at 134.2 for three days straight (seriously--to the tenth of a pound... screwed up) it became a fixation for me to weigh myself every day. I broke my plateau today, though, and am at an all-time low of 133.0!!!!

So I think that maybe I'll stop weighing myself quite as often now. Weighing yourself every day leads to an unhealthy fixation with the scale.

Once a week to avoid the discouragement that comes with everyday fluctuations.  Then if I do see a weight gain, instead of a loss of 1/2 lb to 1 lb  in those 7 days,  I make a change. Like decrease my daily calories by 200 for three days, and pick up my walking speed, or minutes walked per session.  Then reweigh in three or four days and see where I am.

I weigh myself everyday simply because I read in the newspaper that people who weigh themselves everyday tend to weigh less.  Well, I can believe this, because I didn't weigh myself for a month straight and low and behold, I had gained 5 lbs.  Uggh.  At least if I see my weight start going back up, I will do something to stop it. 
Right now I weigh myself once a month.  I can't deal with the daily/weekly fluctuations and I have a scale phobia, so that is about all I can take right now.  Also, since my main goal was to be healthier and to feel better, I didn't want to focus too much on the numbers on the scale.  Once I get into a lower range, I will start to weigh more often, but probably no more than once a week.
I weight every day, have learnt to understand that weight fluctuates on everyone so it doesn really bother me.  I just don't accept a 10 lb fluctuation, and step up my exercising.

i weigh everyday. like some others have said, i don't mind fluctuation.  and only on sundays is my weight "official".
Once a month. In the morning.

I do that becuase I dont want be discureged. I'd rather keep what im doing up and when I put on my clothes and they are not as tight or I need to wear a diffrent size I know im losing weight.

I weigh myself every Monday morning. I started out with daily weigh ins and would get so disappointed if I didn't like what I saw. Weekly weigh ins work great for me. I actually looking forward to Monday mornings!
Every other Thursday.

Because Im 400+. I have to use a special scale at a Bariatric place and my mobility makes 2weeks the best choice.

If I had a scale here, I'd be tempted for daily, shoot Ive been known to hit it more then once a day (if I didnt like the earlier reading LOL).  \
i weigh in every day but only chart it every other. I am thinking this isnt a great idea though either. it can really bring me down if I see something I dont like
I dont weigh myself but i like to know that i am loosing weight so instead of steping on the scale I use my jean and shirt sale. It makes me feel good when my jeans get a lil baggy, knowingi can go and by another size maller. I started out in a 6 and now i am down to a 4. They r baggy so im going shopping soon 4 some 3's good luck!
Every 5 days.  I can't take the daily fluctuations.  But waiting a whole week is a pain.  Every 5 days works for me, that way its a diff day of the week each time.

Every morning. After feeling very fustrated with the number this morning, I think I will start weighing myself every other morning.  
Every time I go to the gym. I'm obsessed.
guess I'm the odd one.  I weigh first thing in the AM, also after I jog.  If I've had some unusual strenous activity I weigh at night.  I know it isn't a good thing to do.  I love seeing the numbers go down, otherwise if I don't think they're down I don't weigh.

A little obsessed? Perhaps.

i was weighing everyday, but i like to see at least a whole pound loss, so now i'm trying to stick to once a week. I measure my waist throughout the week in the mornings though. If it stays the same or decreases in inches- i know that i'm still on track.
I like to weigh myself once a week.  I use to weigh myself daily upon waking up in the morning, but seeing the fluctuations after knowing that the night before I had a heavy meal which certainly influenced the scale the next morning, I got quite frustrated and discouraged on my weight loss plan.  Once a week I discovered works great, my official weigh in day is Fridays!! 
Multiple times throughout the day...I also measure my stomach daily.
