Its proven that if you weight yourself once everyday at the same time you'll lose more weight because you'll be monitoring youself better.
I do every morning when I get up.
I weigh myself most days when I get up so that any increase can be nipped in the bud, but I consider Sunday my 'official' weigh day to figure the difference from the previous week.
