I was just wondering how often does everyone weigh themselves to see there progress.  I HATE the scale but I know I need to do it.   Any suggestions?

Hi, I weigh myself just once a day and in the early morning.  For awhile I wasn't weighing myself, (which was a mistake) and when I finally did get back on the scale, I was shocked to have gained 10 pounds over the summer.  It didn't help that I ate whatever I wanted, wasn't counting calories, etc.  Hopefully things will improve with counting calories and exercising.
