Oh beloved Cheat Day, what's your favorite Cheat Treat?
I've been on here for three months now. I'm doing well, in fact I've lost 13 or so lbs since I've been here (14 if I go by my trend line). So I decided it was time to add in a Cheat Day.
So this Saturday, I went to Wendy. I got nuggets. I got the biggie fry. I got the real Coke instead of diet. Then I went to Krogers, got a pint of Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and ate it. Yup. The whole thing (I did get the light version though, it tastes the same to me). Then I laid back and took a nap with the dog.
Sometimes the little things can mean so much.
So does anyone else have a favorite Cheat Treat?

Pizza Hut thin crust extra cheese and a couple cinnamon stix with icing. I only have this about once a month and it's super yummy!
I have a lot of fav. cheat foods! I love pasta---all kinds typically (especially the stuffed kind). Smores poptarts, and ice cream---mostly mint chocolate chip.

I like the little Smart Ones Desserts... I think they're all under 300 calories... Sooooo tasty... I haven't had a cheat day is almost a week... lol Me thinks it's about timeeee

oh my god, i am totally obsessed with cheetos!! i love them!! and the worst thing is they come in massive bags and i could easily just sit and eat them all!! Those and pizza are my weeknesses!! actually, i did go abit overboard with them over the weekend - i'm trying to keep my mind of them :-(
I don't really have a cheat day. Instead I buy the 100 calorie packs of cupcakes (I think they're made by Hostess). Sweets are my weakness so I'm sooo happy that so many companies are doing the 100 calorie packs
wow, now you've made me feel guilty haha!! i must invest in some of these 100 cal packs!! i haven't yet - where do you buy them??
Pizza, beer and ice cream! If I can incorporate all of them into one meal, I call it "the hat trick". Good times!

My favorite cheat is beer. Of course, I don't know if it counts as a "cheat" if you do it daily. But yeah, I'll eat like a health nut all day and then throw back a six-pack depending on the night.

The 100 calorie packs are at any store, but you'll probably get 'em for cheaper at WalMart.
I love them. Also - fat free pudding - Chocolate - comes in a pack of 6 small tubs - each tub is a serving and is only 100 cals! I love chocolate pudding! :):)
Anything smothered in, covered with or made entirely of Chocolate is good by me! :):)
I'm also a Pizza fan, Love potato chips and I'm a McD's fries addict. :( They're the worst. :(, but they're so yummy!:)

I buy the 100 calorie packs at the grocery store (or Wal-Mart) the Hostess ones are right by all the other Hostess stuff. They even have 100 calorie packs of Doritos now, thank goodness because otherwise I could sit down and eat a whole bag of them
Costco has huge packs of the 100 calorie packs. I think they have a cheetos, doritos and sunchips pack now too. I personally avoid them because I eat way too many of them (but stay within my calories) when I go visit my family. Of course, the regular snack packs are like 140 calories and cost less...
My favorite cheat meal is a big juicy burger melt on parmesean bread with thousand island dressing. I've had it like three times since I started (about three months for me too). But I think I'm done with it. I went to olive garden on Saturday and had the lasagna and several breadsticks with additional butter. Right now I'm thinking about Chipotle.

I am with you on the Chicago Style.. deep dish... meat lovers... soooo many calories. Sooooo much flavor. :-) Makes me want to fly to Chicago... though maybe I should just walk up - that might balance the calories out. Might. (I live in Houston... so that walk would burn... about 200,000 calories.. that's about right.)
mmmmmm pizza. Lately if I eat pizza it's the really thin crust so I could really go for a nice deep dish pizza

Thank you all for giving me cravings. : ) lol sarah1983- a special thanks to you for reminding me of the fact that I have a bag of cheetos downstairs. The baked kind of course. : ) I don't really consider any foods a cheat really. If I want something, then I'll have some of it, but I don't always want something so I'm good. I really enjoy sour candy, lemonade, lots of different things. I have 100 calorie packs of grasshoppers, kudos, oreo bars, ice cream sandwiches, lots of 100 calorie packs. : )
I end every day with three squares of Hershey's chocolate. It costs only 60 calories, but it is worth it.
I have learned to be happy with only a bite or two of anything. Ten minutes after you finish, the only difference between eating one bite or a bag of something is the guilt. Plus, you don't enjoy food more with larger portions. A small amount lets me really savor and enjoy whatever I decide to eat.

Oh, yeah, my chocolate fix lately has been coming from a Hershy's Kiss, truffle flavor. I usually eat one when I get in the office in the morning, and sometimes in the afternoon, depending on how stressful the day is.
It's amazing what a moment of chocolate melting slowly in your mouth while leaning back with one's eye's closed and DND pressed on the phone will do for stress. Just sayin'.
