oops. i was honest though. i put it all into the counter (at least as well as i could, the thai food wasn't in there). it totalled around 3200, which wasn't as bad as i expected, but still more than twice my usual intake. i feel guilty, but i guess there's nothing i can do about it now except eat better today and get my butt to the gym.

It is ok!  Like you said don't beat yourself up.  We all have those days.  When you start to do that several days in a row,  then I would start to worry.

The important thing is that you were honest about it, you recorded it, and you're keeping with your good eating habits today!  One day is not the end of the world!  If it were, no one would ever be able to keep weight off!

My birthday is next month, and I'm going to a restaraunt and celebrating!  We all have those days.  The important thing is to keep going after them.
