Hey, im 21 years old...and you know what that means... ALCOHOL... after being 21 for a couple months, i've put on the extra pounds. also being in college, and a college budget=mac and cheese, ramen and carbs carbs carbs! I still enjoy going out with friends, and just looking to loose the excess pounds, and keep it that way, without sacrificing a social life... any tips are appreciated!
Hi, Have you tried eating smaller more frequent meals? The nights that you do drink try cutting down on your carbs for that day. What about drinking tonics/ with whatever you like. stay more with the clear liquors though. Just a thought. Have one day a week to drink and let that day be your cheat day to have whatever you want. Just have to discipline yourself throughout the week until then. How much dieting are you actually willing to do? I cut out red meat and pork and dropped 75 lbs from it! I do eat alot of beans and vegetables to supplement the protein. Good luck with everything!!
