oH FUdGE!

Im really craving some fudge right now, i was wondering if anyone had some really tasty sugar-free fudge recipes! -Thanks

Adkins folks have one using creamcheese but, to be honest, it didn't taste like fudge to me.

It is very hard to make fudge without the sugar because of the bulk.  You might be able to do it lower sugar if you added the right amount of splenda to unsweetened condensed milk and used either unsweetened chocolate chips or cocoa....

Hungry Girl has a version of peanut butter fudge using canned pumpkin, but I haven't tried it, so I don't know how it turns out.  (HG is verrrrrry fond of canned pumpkin.....)

I think HG also has a fudge recipe that is chocolate, but still uses the pumpkin. I made her chocolate brownies and they were awesome!
