This Group is for those using the Health Approch and Osolean to loose their excess fat and inches. Why fat instead of weight.
Anyone is welcome to the group and will be able to recieve free goal setting and mentoring with the health approach. We will e-mail you out the needed information and help you develope your own health approach. We will all be here to support you to sustainable weight loss. Larry and I have been on a journey to improved health and wellness now for several years and now the final frontier our weight and fat percentage.

Larry has lost 30 pounds in fourty days and I have lost 22 pounds.  He has gone down about five notches on his belt and is clothes he has not worn in years. We are excited for our group to have the same success we have had. We feel this is a great tool for our success and want to share it with our group.

Larry's goal is get back to the weight he was when we got married in 1984 and to maintain that level of health and fitness for the rest of his life. 

We are looking for sustainable weight loss not just a quick drop only to put it back on. We are interested in makeing permenate changes in our life that will lead to a higher quality of life as we age. We are interested in helping our group do the same. Small changes overtime can make huge differences in your life.
