well i spent the night with my friend lili because im afraid of being home alone. haha.
so we had fatty cheesy delicious quesadillas for dinner
and for breakfast, fatty muffin and 2 pieces of bacon.
between noon and 5 i ate tons of potato chips (totally unreduced) and a bunch of little candies because we were at her cousin's eighteenth bday. i felt so sluggish, and there was NOTHING healthy there, but her whole family is pure skinny and they were chugging soda and eating chips and cupcakes! lili is like 100 lbs, healthy, no fat, but eats TERRIBLE.
i added up, but it was only about 900 cal so then on the drive home, i picked up a luna bar for the first time (mm) and then had a taco and cocoa when i got home.
prolly 1300 altogether, ive yet to do my "get ripped" video this weekend, and naturally my body only burned about 1500 a day on its own.
im working to maintain and have been upping it,
but will doing this once every month add up to my muscle turning to flab?

hey im wondering do you work out at the gym?

Your pic your stomach is so flat, and i try to go to the gym but in winter its soooo annoying. Dunno what to do.

I tried that if I cant excersice I wont eat as mcuh during the day.

Its reallyy upsetting because I feel like crap all the time because I dont get to work out as much as I'd like (3-4 times a week) like I used to.

 

Muscles are muscles. They can only grow or break down. They cant turn into something else.
