Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, Im so excited
I lost my whole letter to you gals. But, what ever, I can still tell you that my eating portions and getting some exercise, after 20 days, has finally payed off:) I have lost 2.2 lbs the healthy way. I didn't weigh a lot because of water etc, plus building muscle while walking. I want to share it all with you gals so please write if you want to know what has turned this couch-potato into a healthier human being, all round!! I was suffering depression, menopause, weight-gain, migraines and even thinking I might have fibro or something. Things are changing for the good and I have not been hungry once. Please write it you need some encouragment, I would love to be here for you, denise in Southern Oregon.
PS this may not sound like a big deal to some but for a gal that has been slowly but surely slipping away into believing it is too late for this 55 year old, this is a miracle. Love to all, denise
