1. Garlic Bread
2. KFC regular fried chicken/McNuggets
3. Pie
4. French Fries
5. Sweetened Cereal

4. macaroni and cheese! i used to bake it with a bechamel sauce and fine cheese shredded over the top (steamed broccoli always on the side). i'd eat like 5 plates of that stuff, wow..
5. spinach alfredo mushroom onion olive pizza. haha.
2. full fat dressing... tons of it.
3. chicken fingers
4. permium ice cream
5. huge portions of everything.... portions were always my problem, not what I was eating.
1. Ice Cream
2. Cookies
3. Cake
4. Pie
5. Candy (any)
When I'm eating healthy, I don't even think about those...it's just so mind-consuming to just be counting calories and trying to get the nutrition I need every day. So, I don't indulge very much and these are pretty much out of my diet..but yes I do miss them just because, not that I'm craving or anything.
So here I go again and I'm POSTING this time!
1. Triple decker PB&J
2. Sesame and General's chicken with fried rice
3. Blackberry Green Tea Frap from Starbucks
4. Gourmet muffins
5. My grandma's chex mix (she makes it by pouring BACON FAT over it before baking =P I loved the cheerios that got burnt with the fat...haha)
1. Arby's curly fries
2. Reese's PB cups
3. Dairy Queen blizzards (just not worth the insane amount of cals, even once in a while)
4. Krispy Kreme donuts
5. Chinese takeout
ETA: OK, I just HAD to add a sixth thing that I miss very much... McD's hotcakes with syrup! Yes, you can make pancakes at home, but to me there's nothing like McDonalds'! Must go back to my childhood or something...
1. huge peanut butter and banana sandwiches
2. full bowls of cereal
3. hot starbucks drinks
4. big stacks of pancakes/waffles
5. burgers
- Poptarts and toaster struedels
- Pizza from restaurants/fast food
- Full-fatted Starbucks fraps
- honey buns
- Donuts
Wandering down memory lane...
1. Fried chicken and its evil twin, chicken fried steak
2. Home made macaroni and cheese, with buttery, cheesy bread crumbs on top, broiled til crunchy
3. Lasagna. I used to make it with four or five kinds of cheese and sausage.
4. Those giant mutant cinamon rolls the size of a chihuahua, coverd with cream cheese frosting
5. The typical Sunday-after-church family dinners of yore, consisting of roasted turkey/beef/chicken/lamb with mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole and home make cake. Oh man....
Honorable mention: Biscuits with sausage gravy with a side of fried eggs and bacon.
I miss all this stuff but it was killing me.
- BBQ Ribs, slathered in sauce
- Chinese food
- Fettucini Alfredo
- Fried chicken
- huge portions of everything.... portions were always my problem, not what I was eating. (I stole this one from Hockeygirl44; it fits me too)
Chinese I am trying to work in once a year. I slip on #5 once in a while too.
1. Mint Snapple (Drank it everyday from age 11-16)
2. Taco Bell Nachos Belle Grande
3. Tasty Kake Chocolate Junior (My favorite afterschool snack)
4. Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
5. Breyers Original Chocolate Ice Cream

I completely know that's what it is for me too. My whole life people have said to me, I don't understand why you're fat, you really don't eat bad things...it's not necessarily the things i was eating but how much.
here's my top 5
1. CHIPS I love all sorts of Chips.
2. French Fries, they're like crack to me.
3. Cheeseburgers, I love them
4. white rice with lots of butter
5. anything from the hibachi grill places, they always give the most food and it's all so amazing.
One thing I used to eat all the time was Goldfish crackers. I rarely eat them anymore. They aren't horrible-no trans fats- but they no longer taste good to me now that I eat clean most of the time. Granted, I will still have a handful on occasions, but I don't eat half the pack at a time like I used to.
1. fast food burgers
2. french fries
3. donuts (I loved them so much!)
4. pop tarts/toaster pastries
5. those huge muffins from Costco that have like 600 cals >.<
1. Cinnabon :( It was always my special treat whenever I went to the mall or airport. Gosh I love those things.
2. Double scoop candy-cotton flavored ice cream from the local creamery by my grandparents' house
3. Girl scout cookies, or for that matter, any cookie as long as it was a lot of them...
4. Foccacia (sp?) bread / cheese sticks / really yummy rich bread with lots of ingredients / CORN BREAD. Ugh! One of my friends bought a whole wheel of cornbread from the local Trader Joe's the other day, and was going to have it for his lunch... it had 1500 calories for all of it. Yum... I wish I could have 1500 cal lunches, and for it all to be cornbread!
5. Mrs. Fields/Otis big fat gooey chocolate chip cookies.
Man, I almost feel like crying because I see no way I can fit these things into my diet unless the portions are way small. I wish I could go back to the day I didn't care about my weight.

1. IN & OUT DOUBLE DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER...
Oh, yeah, cheeseburgers are my #1. I had to move to Texas to get away from In & Out and Carl's Jr. I've had 2 cheeseburgers this year, used to be 3-5 a week.
I know a Carl's Jr. in Texas that took every ounce of my being to stay away from! My dear friend would actually go there with me in the car and order the 'protein burger' wrapped in lettuce! So very wrong! It's the only Carl's I've ever seen in Texas-won't tell where it is..... ;)
I've seen it. I've passed it. I've been sent back to it to get a double western., for transport back to Houston. And their o-rings...
a couple more:
1a. Peanut butter and butter tortilla fold-overs. (yes, really. thick layers, too.)
2a. sausage roll-ups. (HUGE 1 lb sausage & velveeta rolled up in a tortilla, nuked for 37 seconds), usually 2 at a time.
3a. Whatever was left on every/anybody elses plate. Kids are dang good at leaving most of a pizza/ PB&J on a plate.
4a. Monster spoonfuls of peanut butter.
5a. Red meat. Used to be a staple, now, I've eaten so much chicken, If you are what you eat, I'm now 1 breast away from growing feathers.
-Cinnabons (I used to get those all the time at the mall... oh man, talk about Heaven. But SOOOO bad for you.)
-Storebought cakes/pies. Because of all the trans fat in the icing and crusts, if I ever have cake or pie, I make it myself or my mom does.
I forgot a major one... PopTarts! I loved those things. SO much sugar though = /
1. Waffles/Pancakes & syrup. :'(
2. Ice Cream (better off without it anyway, lactose intolerance.. *fist-shake*)
3. Very large quantities of pasta.
4. Pizza.
5. Icing. (Eating it with a spoon straight from a can/jar. MMmm.)
And basically all refined sugar things, high-fat/high-calorie foods, etc.
MAN, I miss maple syrup.

You sound like a version of me!!! Although I still fit the red meat into my diet 2-3 times per week; very lean. Just can't help it, I am a true carnivore (sorry to all of you vegans-I just couldn't do it). To each his/her own!
A few more for me:
- Funyuns-addddddiccctive
- Cheeto's-who cares what's in them
- Just give me potato chips and I will be very happy....
1: cheesecake!
2: white rice/pasta with LOTS of tomato ketchup + grated double glouscter.
3: soynut butter +nutella/jam/ham + ketchup/salami sandwiches... all on white bread.
4: Millies soft baked cookies.
5: caramel shortbread :(
