What are 5 old favorites you havent eaten in forerer?
I dont crave them but I do miss them in a sentimental way.
1. Garlic Bread
2. KFC regular fried chicken/McNuggets
3. Pie
4. French Fries
5. Sweetened Cereal
Oh, there are more but these are top 5.
Reason: Released as sticky
1. Hot flamin Cheetos! (Gosh i miss those!
2. Meat sauce spaghetti with regular noodles (not ww)
3. White rice with shoyu.
4. McDonalds! (I haven't gone there in 2 years!)
5. Costco's Pizza (1 slice is like 700 calories!)
One more: Gigantic and i mean enormous Banana nut or blueberry muffins, you know the one's from Costco!
1. Chinese food, it used to be my main source of cals
2. pizza
3. pasta
4. movie theater popcorn
5. chili's
I haven't had any of the above in over 3 months.
- east side marios (italian restaurant).
- starrburger (local burger place).
- smartfood.
- entire giant bags of large marshmallows.
- dessert at a restaurant!
Thinking about this, I realize I don't really miss these foods. I think I might actually get physically ill if I tried to stomach them, just because my stomach would wonder what the heck I put in it!

2. The 7 lb chocolate cake from Costco
3. Mac and cheese with the squeezie cheese that is so terribly rich and creamy
4. Alfredo sauce
5. Ranch dressing. I used to not be able to eat salad without it. Now I can't imagine eating salad with it. Takes away from the deliciousness of the veggies.
i kind of miss eating these but i really never crave them.
1. bread dipped in olive oil.
2. chili's chocolate volcano cake. or any other chocolate cake rich enough to make your stomach hurt after three bites.
3. ridiculously huge slices of sbarro's cheese pizza.
4. graham cracker and peanut butter sandwiches (not necessarily bad but i haven't had them in awhile)
5. gooey crumbly sugary cherry pie :)

3) Cookie dough ice cream with hard shell syrup!
4) a cinnabon with EXTRA frosting

fox903, I have a whole-grain cornbread recipe with just 165 calories per slice. I'd be glad to give it to you!
I would have to say I miss...chips and sweet things, which is definitely more than five things. Especially cookies and Frosted Flakes...-sobs- I'm making myself hungry.
Cinnabon mini-buns - more than one at a time. The mini-bons are better than the big ones because they're just the middles.
A cheeseburger from In-N-Out or Carl's Jr.
A chicken/bacon ranch sandwich from Carl's Jr.
Chocolate malts.
Sara Lee anything, especially strawberry cheesecake.
Yum! Don't crave, can walk past them, but boy were they good in the days I liked anything big and full of fat and sugar!

I've decided NOT to have these foods part of my daily diet due to the fact that they are trigger-foods that just might send me over the edge!
1.) Real Butter
2.) Grits (smothered with real butter)
3.) Barbecue (North Carolina Barbecue ONLY)
4.) Bacon
5.) Country Ham
I don't crave these foods but I do think about them occasionally. Sort of like remembering an old friend and you wonder what they're up to now. I can certainly relate to everyone's list though.

That is CRAZY!!! I was a non believer so I had to go look it up for myself. My 6 foot tall 150 lb roommate is now trying to convince my fiance that they should go to Baskin Robins! OMG

Wow this makes me laugh!! Some of them are pretty big. Never would have thought to compare the size to a chiahauhau.

I just received my Calorie Count Gazette today, and this thread was on it. Of course, I have to add my list.
1. Biscuits with sawmill gravy and breakfast sausage.
2. Italian sausage. It's been 6 months.
3. Fried egg sandwiches: two slices of bacon, an egg fried in leftover bacon drippings, all slapped between two pieces of toast with a slice of American "cheese." I think what I miss the most is the bacon. Turkey bacon just doesn't cut it for me; I've stopped eating that too. It's just not the same.
4. Beef fajitas with refried beans and Spanish rice. And sour cream...all glopped together. Mmmm.
5. This delicious brie tart I saw Paula Deen make once that I added to my repetoire until I started this in March: brie, topped with raspberry/blackberry preserves, sprinkled with walnuts, and wrapped in deliciously flaky phyllo dough. Yummmmmmm.
sugary cereal as a night time snack right out of the box (I eat air popped popcorn now)
cheese pizza ( I make a a fake pizza on Ezekiel with fat free mozzarella and turkey pepperoni and a tablespoon of ragu)
fettuchini alfredo ( Now I eat spaghetti squash with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light & veggies)
ranch dressing (no sub for ranch. I switched to fat free balsamic dressing)

3.) Hot Dogs / Hamburgers
4.) Panago Pizza - Chicken Club, REgular Crust, and some Cinamon Sticks

3. French Bread [none of this sour-dough crap!] - hamburger & hotdog buns included!
