What are 5 old favorites you havent eaten in forerer?
I dont crave them but I do miss them in a sentimental way.
1. Garlic Bread
2. KFC regular fried chicken/McNuggets
3. Pie
4. French Fries
5. Sweetened Cereal
Oh, there are more but these are top 5.

my weight problems are a little unique, but i used to enjoy these foods and now i can't even touch them:
1-) ben & jerrys half baked ice cream (or the chocolate chip cookie dough, or the chocolate fudge brownie...)
2-) mac and cheese. it was my favorite as a little kid and it still is. i like the kraft mac and cheese in the blue box, but stouffer's is just as good in a pinch.
...BY THE WAY...smartones macaroni and cheese is AMAZING. i add a little parsley, chili powder and pepper and it satisfies all my cravings. its 290 calories, which is rather high, so usually when i eat it i just eat that and salad (like straight out of the bag) for dinner.
3-) toasted bagels with butter. (never been a big fan of cream cheese...now i just have a thomas' 100 calorie bagel with butter spray.)
4-) chicken or eggplant parmesan, pasta of any kind, greasy, chewy garlic bread, basically anything italian. (i think i miss these foods most.)
...and pizza, though it's not really italian. i like sicilian when i don't care what i'm eating, personally.
5-) pastry stuff. scones, brownies (the mix kind), muffins (especially blueberry and banana walnut), cookies, etc.
6-) (i know the list is supposed to only be five things, but i couldn't help it.)
i miss breakfast food. i loved cheese and broccoli omelettes. and sometimes pancakes. and toast with butter and jelly-now i just have it dry with sugar free jelly if i have it at all.
instead i eat egg whites with broccoli and parsley (and garlic...i brush my teeth after breakfast-and thoroughly.)
and maybe, if i feel like a big breakfast, a couple slices of light bread with butter spray and/or sugar free jelly.

2. pasta/lasagna/ravioli
3. garlic bread with cheese
4. rice!!
5. double cheese burger from mc donald's
my mouth is watering right now :(

4. ketchup and ranch.... you do not know how hard that was for me.

Let's start with my biggest weakness and which i still crave all the time...any baked goods......
1) Dunkin Donuts - any of their donuts period!!
2) Any type of cake.
3) Any fast food Burger King especially.....
4) French fries
5) Any type of fatty spanish food....especially puerto rican

Basically any snack except nuts or low-calorie popcorn.
I'm not really missing comfort food.
I do have fond memories of them, though. I just feel great with my present life style and although I have had stressful times in the family and a few breaks from exercising, I didn't gain weight.

2. coke/pop/soda/etc. (whatever you call it where you live, it's pop here)
3. cheeseburgers/tacos/fries/etc (fast food in general)
4. mac'n'cheese (i.e. "Yellow Death"... I use to live on this stuff)
5. doughnuts/candy bars/junk food (you know the kind you get out of vending machines)h
But beer.... oh my sweet.... never gonna givvvvve you upppp! Eatin' right doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself entirely of sinful pleasures. :)
1.Ultimate theater style popcorn sour cream and onion (although i only don't eat it kuz i cant find it anymore.)

3.Poutine (haven't eaten it in 6 years)

1) full calorie soda...i loooove diet mountain dew now
2) fried chicken...haven't had in about 6 months
3)binge drinking...i rarely drink nowadays even when i do go out to the club
4) butter pecan ice cream w/ cookies & cream poptart...was one of the most delicious comfort foods i ever thought to combine, lol
5) banana pudding...i would probably eat the whole thing

3) sugary cereal, particularly luck charms, captain crunch, and reeses puffs
4) mcflurrys and blizzards
5) muffins and doughnuts

4. Steak and Cheese Sandwich with Fries
5. Burrito from Salsarita's with FULL serving of chips and cheese dip (can you say 1300 calories in one sitting????)
Gosh, I really miss that stuff...but love being able to fit into clothes I haven't worn in a while.

actually, if you're gonna be eating ice cream from a fast food joint, Frosties are the best way to go. They have only 8 g Fat and 270 cals for a small. I can't usually finish more than a small and they're only 99 cents! waaay better than a DQ blizzard or shake from mcD
if you get a serious ice cream addiction, McDonalds vanilla cones are only 150 calories, and they're SOOO good :) i can't even finish a whole one! definately does the trick

I have a question for whomever might care to answer: did you make a deliberate choice to never eat these things again, or has it just turned out that way?
For me, I haven't told myself to never eat unhealthy foods again, I just don't eat them as often. But if I really think about it, I don't think I've eaten those giant muffins everyone mentions since my lifestyle change, and I used to get them relatively often. Everything else that I used to love, though, I have eaten since the change - just on "splurge" days instead of every day. (Maybe I never really loved those muffins, actually - just liked them.) And there are some things that I can think of that I've only eaten a few times in the past year - I can think of one or maybe two Cinnabons, maybe 3 Big Macs, etc.
1.) Sausage gravy over biscuits
2.) Chili Cheese Fries
3.) Mushroom Swiss Burger from Ruby Tuesday
4.) Sabarro Pizza
5.) Movie Theater Popcorn
hamburguer (any kind)
chips
white flour prepared dishes
lasagna
cheesecake
1.) basically anything that anybody would consider junk food: pizza, cookies, cake, candy, etc.
2.) pasta and rice if it's not in a low-calorie lean cuisine/healthy choice dish.
3.) fruit snacks. i used to eat that crap like mad.
4.) all food from restaurants, excluding some soups from bread co.
5.) cheese that isn't fat free.
i could list more hah.
