What are 5 old favorites you havent eaten in forerer?
I dont crave them but I do miss them in a sentimental way.

I still eat organic yogurt, cottage cheese & small amounts of cheese and I get calcium from non-dairy sources, like green vegs & whole soy. No worries!
I didn't know soy had calcium! I eat a lot of stuff with it in it. Like veggie burgers, and kashi stuff.
Have you tried fage yogurt? I know it isn't organic but it is amazing!

Whole soybean, tofu & soy milk are good sources of calcium. Isolated soy protein, like the kind in Kashi products and veggie burgers, is not so much because the soy is altered & just the protein is extracted.
I live in Canada & Fage isn't sold here. I prefer my yogurt to be not-so-thick anyway!
- Pizza, the handtossed with pepperoni
- Full fat ice cream, now ff frozen yogurt or fruit pops
- Full fat potato chips, now eat Popchips, not very often
- Full fat cheese, now rarely eat reduced fat cheese
- Baked goods, like muffins, doughnuts, cake and pies...do eat a cookie here and there, but just one

I don't restrict myself of anything; I eat almost everything people have posted, just in a sensible and moderated fashion instead of daily or bi-daily
1.) Jimmie Dean sausages w/ cheese grits (butter and salt added) for breakfast
2.) 2/3 a rack of ribs from texas roadhouse (after hogging a whole basket of biscuits which =880 cals)
3.) Fudruckers 2/3 lb burger (triple cheese)....I will have this once every few months and plan around it
(1/3 lb with less cheese though...)
4.) Cheesey gordita crunch from taco bell. Worse thing on the menu according to CC (F!).
I once ate two w/ a grilled stuff burrito. ![]()
5.) Waffle house: 2 waffles (plain or buttermilk) w/ a double order of hash brown potatoes (covered (cheese) and chunked (ham)), sausages (2 in an order) and biscuit (2). I hope there is a waffle house in heaven.
before i learned to cook i lived on..

1. doughnuts- haven't had one in YEARS....mostly because they scare me
2. hot dog/corn dog- kind of leary of what's in them, but I'll have to admit they're good.
3. Pepperoni pizza- used to eat it almost EVERY day for lunch in high school, haven't had it in a while though
4. French fries
5. Regular soda, and diet soda for that matter! It's been about 6 months without one! GO ME! :-)
