... particularly ones for whatever reason you have decided NOT to incorporate into your diet.

I dont crave them but I do miss them in a sentimental way.

1. Garlic Bread
2. KFC regular fried chicken/McNuggets
3. Pie
4. French Fries
5. Sweetened Cereal

Oh, there are more but these are top 5.

5. huge portions of everything.... portions were always my problem, not what I was eating.

I completely know that's what it is for me too. My whole life people have said to me, I don't understand why you're fat, you really don't eat bad things...it's not necessarily the things i was eating but how much.

here's my top 5

1. CHIPS I love all sorts of Chips.

2. French Fries, they're like crack to me.

3. Cheeseburgers, I love them

4. white rice with lots of butter

5. anything from the hibachi grill places, they always give the most food and it's all so amazing.

ARGH all this is making me so hungry.  This post is evil.

  1. Huge muffins/baked goods
  2. Eating cookie dough followed by at least five fresh cookies *drool*
  3. Getting two chili cheese burritos from taco bell, plus two bite brownies
  4. Chinese food
  5. Huge amounts of any pasta/rice dish
Like a lot of other people said, I don't really miss a lot of these foods, because they do make me feel awful after...mostly what I miss is going back for seconds and thirds of whatever I wanted without feeling any regret :P
