Cheers, I'm pretty stoked to be starting this calorie counter site, I'm hoping it'll definitely make a difference in finally getting down to around 108 lbs (my goal).  I tend to have the biggest problem in not eating what I should, portion control, overeating, and the like.  I tend to just love food :)

I'm just interested in making some friends here for support and for me to help support as well.  Feel free to reply or add me, I love meeting new people, and thanks for already making me feel welcome

19 years old here, 5'1", and 118 lbs (down from 126 over the summer) trying to get to 111 (seems like everybody my height has waaaaaaay lower goals than me though :P )

And food IS delicious!

Yeah.... copping up to what's been eaten at the end of the day really does help me think about something before it goes into my mouth...

Did that sound wrong to anybody else?

Good luck!

Hello ladies :)

Nice to meet you both!
I think that you will find this site is FABULOUS for teaching you portion control. Once you start counting calories in those "little bites" here and there, you realize they add up.

Please take some time to look around and if you have ANY questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Again, welcome to Calorie Count.
It's a pleasure to meet you!

edit: Oh, and you are both TALL compared to me. I am 4'9"! LOL
See, don't you feel better already? LOL
