Hi all!

I'm new to CC, but not new to dieting. I've tried a couple things over the past few years and have had on and off success - looking to get it right this time! I got into some bad habits over the past 3 years - letting work come before working out, and dealing with stress by letting loose with food and cocktails. I'm now in a new job that will reduce my stress and give me the time to work out - and I'm looking to find a buddy to help me form some good, positive habits - hitting the gym regularly, managing portion sizes, etc.

I'd love an active buddy in their mid-twenties who is upbeat and looking for a motivating partner. If you're looking for encouragement, up for exchanging workout ideas, and really want to lose it this time, let me know!

Hi Courtney!

It's as if I wrote your post myself, I know how frustrating it all can be but I'm totally up for doing it right this time around also. SO what is your plan diet and excercise wise? and your goal? Mine is to lose atleast 20kgs but I do need to lose more....

Ive lost 6kgs in the last couple of weeks and suddenly I have found my motivation lagging so it would be great to have someone to pump me up when I can't be bothered!

Hello courtney. I just started this yesterday. I am excited to lose the weight but not looking forward to having to sacrifice food that i love. I am mexican so all the food we make is with grease or oil, so I am going to have to keep coming here for motivation.. I work where there is not a lot of stress either and often times i have quite a bit of down time. So that make me bord and i want to eat, so i have to keep myself motivated to not eat!! ahhh. I will be here if you need to vent or just wana talk... Best of luck to you!!

I am 28 and my name is Lynette. I have a wonderful husband and three kids, i work full time supporting my family till my husband can find another job due to hour cut backs... Just a couple of things about me!! :)
