What part of "healthy, sustainable weight management" didn't you understand?  What part of the previous post from nycgirl didn't you understand?  grapesrule, if you continue on this path you will be dead before you're 18.  You will never see your senior prom.

I'm 15. And have an ED (recovering). But I had ED when I was 14. I guess we can talk. :)

I'm 16, & when i was 14 i did have an ED.....which led me to bingeing, and now I'm struggling like hell w my weight. I have about 20-40 pounds I need to lose!

I recovered a long time ago from anorexia, but other things have emerged recently. I am SO ashamed. I was doing so well? By the by I'm sixteen in case you were wondering. It's horrible. I always yell at people who are doing bad things to their bodies, and here I am doing exactly the same thing :(
