14, 5''2 and 117 lbs.

But you know what?
Many of these posts make me feel disgusted of myself. Very triggering. For a moment, my head was filled with thoughts about not eating tomorrow at all. Yay. I suck.

(EDIT: yay now Im 98...)

I completely agree ieevee.

The pressure to be better than -or at least the same as- everybody else is ridiculous and overwhelming.  It's very tempting to give in and do unhealthy, dangerous things.

Imperfect and happy at the same time.  What a novel concept.  ;)

Now I'm up to 5'10 (and a half) and hovering around 135 pounds- I love soccer season, and I'm much more prepared to play on the 'skins' side of a scrimmage now.

15, 5'2(only just), 99 lbs..

i'm 5'4", 157lbs, and i'm 15.

i have big boobs and a big butt so most of my weight is centered in these areas and my thighs.

i'm aiming for 145lbs.

I'm 13, 5'1 1/2, and 121 pounds. I'm pudgy, as every single person I know, including my parents, seems to feel the need to remind me, and I'm trying to lose weight.

15, 5'7" and 180. Fat, I know.

:)

15, 5"5, somewhere around 80-90lbs. (i don't have regular access to scales)
84lbs last time I weighed. I'm sorta trying to come out of eds though and recover.

I'm 15, almost 5'1". I weigh like 125 pounds. Gross.

13, 5' 9", big to medium frame, 146

Tryin for at least 135

umms.... im not gonna judge but i'd say anythng around 100 is a bit thin....but you could be just small...

im 14 164-5cm and 57kgs!!! so happy maintaining and recovered

so that's about 5/4 - 5/5 and around 122 pound?? i'd say anything from        ; 53-65kg is a good weight for 13-15....maybe like 117-138pound sorry i hate conversions.

remember it's better to be overweight than under, we're at a peak age, never to eat this much ever again in our lives, eat what you want not what you think you need :) HAVE FUN!

holbee is totaly right, weight is the last thing we should be worrying about. EDs are awful, and if we can avoid worrying abou calories and weight, we should. Our teen years are for hving fun not worrying about weight =] I wasted a lot of my year on EDs and now it's time to recover :)

Enjoy life & live to the full xxxx

Im 16 but ill answer anyway

5'7 and 110lb

I'm about the same as you, holbee; recovered and 125 lbs at a tad over 5'4 in height. I'm 16 and have recently been getting more of a "female shape" as my mom puts it. Hips, thighs, and a bum to be more precise. It's NORMAL, but it unfortunately seems to drive many folks into body image issues.

Screw the stupid rules as to what is too heavy and too light. Health is the most important measurement. I know plenty of people that are skinny and perfectly healthy/functional while I also know plenty of folks that are heavy and just as healthy. Most of the elderliest folks that I know are actually slightly overweight...the stick-thin ones passed at earlier ages--though there are a few that are super-healthy still.

In my case, I am best off at a weight far from the minimum BMI. I've gained 8 pounds over the summer simply from building up my leg muscles through biking...and I've never been this healthy before in my life!!! My weight is higher than most of my female friends would desire for themselves, but I'm healthy and fit. I biked 33 miles STRAIGHT up the sides of major roads with gigantic hills just a couple of weeks ago after returning to biking this summer for the first time in years....I followed that bike trek with yet another ride and a walk on that same day!!! I would have never dreamed of doing that much when I was sick and skinny--or even when I was considered a leahty weight on the low end of BMI charts. My version of healthy isn't thin--it's slightly bulky and slightly muscular. At a recent appointment, my doctor was thrilled about the fact that I'd gained 10 pounds more than my original goal weight (I plummeted to a severely low weight when I was sick and had to gain to avoid DEATH. Skinny doesn't = healthy). Comparisons like these shouldn't be taken too seriously, since EVERYBODY has a different version of healthy that is perfect just for them.

Just for reference for easier conversions (since you'll need to do a lot of them in math class...ugh), 2.2 x weight in kg=weight in lbs and .393 x length in centimeters= length in inches. For the reverse conversion, .453 x weight in lbs=weight in kg and 2.54 x length in inches= length in cm.

almost 14

im skinyish...yet still healthy =)

age: 13

height: 5''1

weight: 90

my highest weight was 95.. but im shooting for 105.. too high? too low?

I am 15, 5'1 and 81 pounds.

slr - when you're like in recovery the higher you shoot for the better. Once you get to 105 and you dont like the way it looks then you could tone up, lose a couple pounds naturally etc, but for now 105 sounds good =)xxx
