Wow! I've gained like ten pounds or more since I last posted on here. Hahah.

I'm 15 years old, 5'4" and 106 pounds.

15 years old

5'1 and 90lbs [well thats how much I weighed a few weeks ago, so hopefully I've gained]
I've already gained over 10lbs and my next goal is 99lbs

There are a lot of people who have posted on this thread whose weight/goal weights are too low for their height. There are far too many underweight teenagers who haven't specified whether they are trying to gain or lose, and I'm pretty worried that the majority of them are trying to lose a few pounds.

Seeing posts from people who are a few inches taller than me aiming to weigh less than me is very triggering. I will try to discourage people aiming to be underweight and I hope others around here will join me.
Because 13 year olds, actually any teenagers for that matter, should not be worried about counting calories [even the obese ones, who should just try and eat more fruit and veg and cut down on all the junk food & fast food]

age: 15 on July 7

height: 5'1"

weight: 116 (have already lost 4 lbs.)

*nods head seriously*

yes, speedangel. Those 2-3 pounds will surely make you appear toned because honestly at your current weight you just appear to be too fat.

not.

age- 14 height - 5'5 (and a half) weight - 112lbs (8.5 stone) =]

I agree. Threads like this are way too triggering. In fact, it feeds my ED even more. The posts are never-ending, it seems. I know I can look away any time, but why look away when all this information is right in front of my face? I'm not even going to provide my height and weight, because that will just trigger another girl like me. Please, mods, do something about this.
