Do you think this info is accurate? I'm going tonight :)

Yes, but their portions are larger usually so keep that in mind.  The minestrone is 100 calories for a cup and the bowl is probably more like 12-16 oz so I always round a bowl to 200 calories.  Bread sticks are 140, and that isn't horrible, especially if you only eat one.  Also, most will allow you to order the lunch size portion for dinner.  The regular dressing is 90 cal so I get one light and one regular on the side and use half of each (so 110 cal total).
thanks!!

I was just there a few weeks ago. Stay away from deliciously tempting breasticks too!

see this is why i love this site! im going there tonight as well and was coming here to look at what i can have and ta da! the answer was even easier to get than that

thanks! :)

I think I'm going for the venetian apricot chicken and a cup of minestrone...YUM for about 500 cals!

i had the pomodoro, added shrimp, got WHOLE WHEAT noodles (so happy they have this options!)...ate like 1/3 of it hahha. SO DELISH! I devoured the salad and had only one breadstick.

BON APETIT!

Definitely make sure to stay away from the alfredo sauce, no matter how delicious it is.  I used to work there and the other hostesses and I would munch on breadsticks dipped in alfredo sauce.  Not the best way to lose weight, ha. :)  Also, watch the desserts!  The black tie mousse cake was one of my favorites until I saw how many calories it was!  Check out that link...  It made me never want to eat it again!  But they have plenty of other things you can enjoy.  Have fun!

Question:  when restaurants like Olive Garden post their menus, are they listing the full amount of calories for the portion they give you?  I.e. before Noodles and Co. changed their website, it used to list the calories per serving and then state something like "many of our meals are served with more than one serving."  It makes me nervous to trust that the calories listed are listed for the entire portion.  How the heck am I supposed to know how big a serving size is for the restaurant?  I kind of feel like restaurants are sneeky like that.
