Ollie-Ollie-Oxen-Free!
Okay, I am on a site that encourages you to eat healthy and count fats, sugars and calories. Why is there a coupon for Hagan Daas ice cream right next to my food log?
Is it possible the advertiser actually believes that after enjoying my too small servings of dry toast and dry tuna (straight from the can) and air-popped dry, flavorless popcorn that I could possible be craving something velvety smooth and creamy, sweet and cool, chocolate so chocolatey that after finishing the whole thing I may even eat the carton so as to not waste even one tiny drop of that decadent piece of Heaven?
Well, okay. They would be correct! I can admit to wanting it, actually wanting it soooo badly I could actually "scream for ice cream". Happily for me there is something I want just a little bit more...I want my sexy thighs and a cute bottom to reappear. They had been playing hide and seek, but I think I spotted them out of the corner of my eye the other day. There's just no way I am ever going to allow them to hide behind a carton of ice cream ever again. (They take forever to leave that hiding spot.)
Hey, sexy thighs and cute bottom...come out, come out wherever you are!
(It's safe now!)
I noticed that the other day and thought it was kind of strange but damn that is some good ice cream.
I prefer the icecream adds to the instant diet garbage.
A modest scoop of ice cream a day or every few days keeps me in a good mood.
It changes everytime you refresh it. It's from coupons.com and it just puts in random coupons. I've printed off 4 so far. =O

Just because you're dieting doesn't mean you have to eat bland and unappealing food. Get creative! Healthy can still be delicious.
I was annoyed by the Jell-o add that captured my entered calories and spouted out something like "why eat 150 calories (of steel cut oatmeal) when you could eat just 10 of jiggly nutritionless food dye?!"
The worst ever, for me, was the popout splenda add. I'd had enough of it attacking my cursor, then popping out over the top of whatever I was reading. I will never buy or use splenda again. I can hold a mean grudge.
Yeah, annoying ads...but if dealing with the ads is the only payment I have to make for this resource, then I'll just deal.
Dang. Now I have visions of Hagan Daas stuck in my head.
LOL...I was just amazed that junk food (ice cream) was being advertised on a site which is helping to promote good healthy lifestyle habits.
It's nice that someone here can enjoy a modest spoonful every few days--for me, if I were to do that, I would not be able to stop easily. I was exaggerating a bit on the craving--I don't really have a problem with cravings (thankfully, that's rare for me).
LOL on the sugar-free Jello--I eat boxes of it. It hydrates my body and feels like I am eating something. I don't consider my food bland (I ate fairly well pre-dieting, I just needed to adjust my portions and get my ever-growing butt back to the gym).
...and YES, Haagan Daz is some really good ice cream--but have you tried Godiva's chocolate or chocolate raspberry ice cream? Now, THAT's ice cream at it's finest!
Have a wonderful day everyone! :)
no but i had some dove chocolate ganache ice cream (2 bites at a time!)
Orgy in my mouth.
OMG, I am drooling...lol!!! Guess I will have some "yummy" sugar-free jello :P
:)
I'm accessing the site from Malaysia, and I never see any adverts... fine by me!
Do you recomend Hydroxycut?
Do not use Hydroxycut. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a warning to consumers in May 2009 to immediately stop using Hydroxycut products... Read more
