Halibut: 25 % (in 4 ounces)

Flaxseeds: 145 % (in 2 tbs) 

Shrimp: 15 % (in 4 ounces) 

Snapper: 14 % (in 4 ounces)

Scollops: 14 % (in 4 ounces) 

Winter Squash: 13 % (in 1 cup)
