I've recently started taking an omega 3 supplement. It's supposed to be wonderful for you, and it's even been proven to aid in weight loss by controlling your blood sugar. It also helps a multitude of other things.

There are a million more articles about this (you guys can google them), but I just wanted to let you guys know about it!
The one thing is that since Omega 3 is fish oil is DOES have calories. I take two capsules three times a day and two capsules are 18 calories. I log them into my food log.
Calories in vitamins and other supplements are still calories, even if they are good for you!
