Give me some...I only have 38 =[. Being a vegetarian and having a deadly fear of consuming too many nuts is not working to my advantage.

Sorry, I'm no help.

You'll survive.

You wont! I get SOOOOO much protein every day too! I eat roughly 2.5 pounds of meat a day!!!!!! I actually feel relatively good eating that much protein too!

At least your calories were in a good range!

What protein sources did you eat?!

if you dont mind me asking. HOW do you do it!?! haha i really wish i could get even HALF of that! =] tips would be amazing =]

Well I went back, looked at everything and added the protein up for myself.............and it definitely wasn't 193g.  Only 115g..........so i am not going to freak out ...........i wonder why CC would have added it up wrong.

From what I understand about a gram per pound is ideal to maintain or gain muscle.  I wouldn't worry unless you are trying for a low protien diet.

How on earth did you get that much protein into such a small number of calories? Did you eat half a cow and nothing else for the day?! It's not going to hurt you as long as you had enough fiber to help process it.
Too much protein IS a bad thing you know. Especially animal proteins; I'd try to limit your animal protein intake to 3-6 oz per day - definatley not POUNDS of meat as someone else suggested. Protein from animals puts a lot of strain on your organs... not to mention, it contributes to cancer, heart disease, and more signifigantly, kidney failure.

There were days when I used to have 250+ grams of protein, and nothing horrific happened to me. But remember, those were just rare occasions, and I'd NEVER let my intake get that high again. Instead, I shoot for getting roughly 20 to 25% of my calories from proteins, and try to avoid animal products whenever possible (I only eat egg whites).

Lol, everything on earth contributes to cancer, heart disease, and kidney failure.

What you meant to say was "can contribute to..." but like I said, almost anything could at this point.

out of all the calories you consume...10% should be from protein, 30% from fat, and 60% from carbohydrates. i mean, you dont need to get it exactly those amounts, but you should be getting close. what you had sounds like a whole whack load of protein! i love steak, burgers, chicken, etc etc, meat is delicious. but, too much is a bad thing. excess of anything can be a bad thing. so can a lack of anything. its best to stick around (again, i say around) the suggested amounts.
