Breakfast or snack, this is a good omlette
| 1/2 | cup egg substitute |
| 1 | oz cheese, cheddar, grated |
| 1 | tbls onion, minced, |
| 1 | tbls bell pepper, red, orange, green, bell pepper |
| 1/8 | tsp olive oil, double virgin |
- Dice & Prefry the onion, and bell peppers
- Shred the cheddar cheese
- Pre-heat the frypan with olive oil
- Add the egg substitute, and let it cook until it is not visibly liquid on the top
- Sprinkle evenly the red bell peppers and cheddar cheese across the top.
- Fold the omlette edges towards the center with care as it is fairly fragile.
- Cook at fairly low heat, 4-5 on large electric element.
