Omlette Using Egg Substitute Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Breakfast or snack, this is a good omlette

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 oz cheese, cheddar, grated
1 tbls onion, minced,
1 tbls bell pepper, red, orange, green, bell pepper
1/8 tsp olive oil, double virgin
Directions
  1. Dice & Prefry the onion, and bell peppers

  2. Shred the cheddar cheese

  3. Pre-heat the frypan with olive oil

  4. Add the egg substitute, and let it cook until it is not visibly liquid on the top

  5. Sprinkle evenly the red bell peppers and cheddar cheese across the top.

  6. Fold the omlette edges towards the center with care as it is fairly fragile.

  7. Cook at fairly low heat, 4-5 on large electric element.
