Once again...did I screw up?!

I ask a lot of questions like this, I know. But anyways. So here's what happened: I had an egg white omelet and a nectarine for lunch- fine. thats alll good. but then about an hour later i was still really really hungry. so i had 1 and 1/2 home made chocolate cookies (my mother was eating them right in front of me and,....i couldn't resist) and like, 1/4 a bowl of macaroni and cheese (it really wasn't too much) and then lots of sweet cherries :) but was this a mistake? again? :D thanks for actually answering, if you do

I dont think is bad at all. You were able to control the portions which is good. Its good to get some treats if not we end up binging and instead of 1 and 1/2 cookies...eating the whole packet. Just have a light dinner and keep on track the following days.

Yeah, it was not like a real huge binge...just eat lighter at dinner........and if you ate too many calories...then just subtract 50 a day for the next few days....but don't go below 1200 a day...I do this to try to balance out for 3-5 days. Just in case I go over. Good luck!
Hey!

Dont beat yourself up. For the most you only went like 250 Kcal overboard, thats like NOTHING!

As someon said before, just but back on what you're eating in the following days!
