Yeah there was. I dunno, well good job everyone. Thanks peacelovehominy, I like this thread a ton better. So are there any suggestions out there for me real quick? Here is whats going on. I only lost 5 pounds in all of January which was good to lose weight, cause I honestly can't say that I have ever lost weight before, but the other day I was eating food that wasn't horrible, but definately not good for me. While I was eating it, I seriously felt so happy since I haven't had food like that in forever. So I am so worried now that I am going to start eating crappy again, cause it was so freaking yummy. Anyways, to sum it up, I am losing motivation hard core, and 5 pounds in a month isn't really enough to keep me going.  Oh, and I am terrified for superbowl sunday because our family has a ritual of eating crap food during the game. Any input on any of that?

just try to think nothing tastes as good as fit/healthy feels! seriously, 5 pounds a mopnth is absolutely fantastic! when i eat un-healthy food, i think "does my body really need this?" the answer is always no. id rather be getting my caloriess from food that is vitamin/mineral/ protein/good carbs/good fat/fiber laden! i know i know, i said alot of things but yea. or would you rather have bad/fat/bad crab-nothing else filled food! c'mon keep the motivation, you looks-&more importantly, FEEL great!
