wait guys... why are you posting another reply? your supposed to just edit your first reply. replying ever yweek will make everything messy &hard to keep track of! =P
Soo, hows everyone doing? I haven't weighed myself yet this week, but I have a feeling there will be no loss this week - its been a long, long while since I really lost any weight...

im doing good ali hard eating so much food though lol

I did okay this week, I didn't eat as well as I wanted but I did manage to get in a good amount of exercise.

For those who are trying to lose, how many calories do you aim for? I'm struggling to find what's right for me.
guys im switching my weigh-ins to saturdays... i have school on fridays, ugh.

I'm currently losing.. I try to go for 100-200 calories less than my daily goal if I don't exercise that day and if I do, I try to hit my daily goal to make up for the calories I burned at the gym since I do a lot of cardio. It's worked for me so far, I'm down almost 13 lbs :)

Ooookay... a trip to the gym has told me my scales are waaay off - I weighed myself before I left, and I was 144lbs.  When I got to the gym, the instructor weighed me and I was 61kg (134.5lbs)

I'm going to keep tracking my weight using my own scales (so today first thing I was 140lbs) buuuut I could be less than that...

thats what i'm doing! 1500, sedentary. then for every 20 minutes i do, i add in 100 cals cause i truly have no idea how much i burn, haha.
