One arm's bigger than the other!!

I'm starting to feel like Homer on that episode of the simpsons where he becomes a professional arm wrestler and only has one strong, muscly arm lol My right arm has always been slightly more muscular than my left because when I'm at work putting out cd's, i walk around with 50 or 60 of them in my right arm all day. I thought maybe while doing this program they might start to even out....not even close lol My right arm is clearly defined - when I flex you can see the muscle definition, and i have a pretty solid bicep and tricep (and i'm only halfway through stage 1)....my left arm is another story....it feels now like my right arm did before i started the program.

Any suggestions on how to even things out? Thanks!

use dumbbells. anything asking for a barbell can be done with dumbbells (generally speaking) and it forces your weaker arm to keep up the pace with the stronger arm....
