What is the ONE "diet" food/condiment you could NOT live without??
Okay, so here are mine (I could not pick just one):
Spray butter:
Easy to use
Tastes great
ZERO calories!!!
Splenda:
Do I have to give the benefits here?? =)
Joseph's Lavash Wraps with ALA-Omega-3:
Low calorie
Very soft and bread like
Filled with fiber, protein, and other nutrients
Low carb!
Well, if you can list more than one, so can I - ;-)
*Salsa
*Equal
*Emeril's essence seasoning
I cold pretty much make do with "normal" foods otherwise, but those are the ones I count on most.
I know people say it's bad for you, yadda yadda yadda, but if someone took away my Splenda, I would go nuts. I use it for so many things.
Josephs Lavash wraps for sure! I wish they would add it to the foods list... it's seriously the best bread-product ever. More people should know about it! With hummus or pbj it's sooooo yummy and low-cal and good for you, plus you can get it in your regular grocery store!
I also agree with salsa, mustard, light soy milk, veggie burgers, and artificial sweetener. But my biggest helper lately has been oatmeal.
